Hallie Wilks is a passionate educator with 20 years of dedicated commitment to teaching diverse learners. She is an educational advocate, and the Founder and CEO of The Thriving Village: An Educator Collective, a community-driven platform dedicated to connecting families with trusted educational professionals, specialized services, and resources that help every child thrive.

With a background in special education, Hallie understands that every child learns differently and that finding the right support can make a meaningful difference in a child’s academic success, confidence, and overall well-being. She recognizes that navigating educational services, learning differences, assessments, tutoring, therapies, and enrichment opportunities can often feel overwhelming for families. Her vision is to make that journey easier by bringing the right people, resources, and opportunities together in one accessible place.

Through The Thriving Village, Hallie is building a collaborative community where families can discover qualified educational professionals and service providers who support children’s individual needs. From specialized tutoring and academic assessments to therapeutic services, executive functioning support, parent supports, camps, enrichment programs, and social-emotional learning opportunities, the platform is designed to help families find meaningful connections and personalized pathways for growth.

Hallie’s mission extends beyond academics. She believes that every child deserves to feel understood, supported, included, and empowered to reach their full potential. She also recognizes the value of the educators, therapists, tutors, and small-business professionals who dedicate their careers to helping children succeed. By bringing these professionals together, The Thriving Village: An Educator Collective creates opportunities for collaboration, community, and a more connected approach to supporting families.
